Alight Solutions Is Looking For an Experienced Defined Benefits Client Manager (CM)
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Defined Benefit Group within Alight Solutions, in Toronto, Canada. As a CM, you will report directly to the Defined Benefit Pension leadership and while you will not have direct reports you will mentor and guide colleagues in client facing and operations roles.
The Client Manager (CM) is responsible for the client satisfaction, service delivery, requirements creation and maintenance, customer service provisional training, operational oversight, and integration with system development team for the DB service.
A CM demonstrates strong client consulting skills and deep plan knowledge (including regulatory compliance). The CM is the main contact point for the client with respect to day to day service delivery and supports the Solutions Client Leader in delivering best in class solutions for our clients. In general, this role will leverage across one or more clients. It is anticipated that qualified candidates will have at least 10 years of deep pension experience.
